C.A.R.E. Clinic is a certified MNsure Navigation Agency. We have trained navigators available to assist you in navigating the insurance marketplace via the MNsure website. Walk-ins are welcome every Tuesday evening during clinic hours, or call to schedule an appointment during the week. (Call: 651-388-1022)
