Medical Care

CARE Clinic offers preventative, acute and chronic medical care. In addition to visits, we provide limited diagnostic services and medications to patients free of charge.

– Preventative: Sports Physicals, Women’s Health, Lab Screening.
– Acute: Upper respiratory infections, abdominal complaints, skin conditions, STDs, etc.
– Chronic: Care for hypertension, depression and diabetes (including insulin, testing supplies, and diabetic education).
– Specialty Clinics: Podiatry, Nutrition/Diabetic Education, Optical, and Women’s Health.
– Diagnostics: Full laboratory services, X-rays, Ultrasounds, Bone Density, ECG, and Referrals for Mammography and Colonoscopy.

Medication Assistance

CARE Clinic provides up to a 3-month supply of medications at no cost to the patient, through pharmacy partnerships. We assist patients in applying to pharmaceutical companies’ Patient Assistance Programs to obtain higher priced medications at no cost. Common medications applied for through the PAP include: asthma inhalers, insulin and non-generic mental health medications.

Please note: We do not prescribe narcotics and/or controlled substances.

Flu and COVID-19 Vaccines. Covid-19 Home Tests

CARE Clinic offers Flu shots/Flu Mist & Moderna COVID-19 vaccines at no cost for uninsured and underinsured (if insurer does not cover vaccines) community members ages 6 months or older.

The vaccine walk-in clinic operates on Tuesdays from 4:00 – 6:30 PM.

CARE Clinic offers free rapid COVID test kits.

COVID test kits can be picked up Monday – Thursday.
