CARE Clinic, started in 2010, is a nonprofit clinic caring for uninsured and/or underinsured residents of Goodhue County and Wabasha County. It is our mission to contribute to the health of the Community by improving health care Access, connecting people to Resources, and promoting health Education.

CARE Clinic Team
CARE Clinic offers dental services to qualifying MN residents. We accept Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare and offer services for a nominal fee to qualified uninsured patients. We also offer our mobile dental clinic for onsite dental services at schools, senior homes, churches, and other locations throughout both counties
Dental Care
Medical Care
CARE Clinic offers preventative, acute and chronic medical care. In addition to visits, we provide limited diagnostic services and medications to patients free of charge.
Mental Health
CARE Clinic provides evaluations, individual, family, and couples counseling for adults and children. With the collaboration of Hispanic Outreach, we also offer counseling to Spanish-speaking households.
MNsure Navigator Program
CARE Clinic is a certified MNSure Navigation Agency. We have trained navigators available to assist you in navigating the insurance marketplace via the MNsure website.
Income Guidelines for Eligibility
CARE Clinic works with patients who make up to 275% of the FPL.
